  • Forever and Forever Ballet Dance

    Ms. Ashley takes us through a ballet dances geared towards 3-5 year-olds. Some 2 year-olds will be able to perform this dance, while older children may find it appropriate as well

  • Three Little Birds Tap Rhythm Activity

    Ms. Leah takes us through a fun tap dance with rhythm sticks. Don't have rhythm sticks? No problem! You can use empty paper towel rolls, wooden spoons, wands, or anything you find lying around the house.

  • I'll Be There for You Tap Technique

    Ms. Lauren takes us through some tap technique. This technique is perfect for ages 4 and up. Some 3 year-olds may be able to do the technique if they've had formal dance training.

  • Yoga Starfish Breath Activity (Ms. Laura)

    Ms. Laura leads us through a quick starfish breath activity that helps to ground, relax, and calm. This is a very brief exercise, and it gives the kids a tool to use to calm themselves.
